Resource Assistants help the Forest Service accomplish mission-critical work as they work to attract and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce. The Resource Assistant’s Program is designed for emerging professionals to launch their natural and cultural resources careers. RA’s will receive hands-on learning experience, mentorship, coaching to complete mission-critical work while developing leadership, critical thinking, and strategic communication skills.
