Forestry is a growing small business run by two forest ecologists. We work in all aspects of forestry, forest science, and forest management, specializing in ecological forest restoration work. Our business is based in Seattle, but we work across the PNW with small and large public and private landowners on a diverse variety of projects.

We are looking for motivated folks to collect data in forests around Washington and Oregon during the Spring through Fall field season. Full time or part time seasonal positions are available with the potential for permanent appointments. Opportunities to gain GIS and other technical skills in future projects.

Qualifications
Ãf¢ÒÂ-ҏForestry- or ecology-focused undergraduate education in progress or completed
Ãf¢ÒÂ-ҏExperience working in the field collecting data
Ãf¢ÒÂ-ҏA working understanding of PNW ecosystems
Ãf¢ÒÂ-ҏAbility to travel, work, and camp in rough terrain and adverse conditions
Ãf¢ÒÂ-ҏValid driverÃf¢ÒÂEURÃ’Â(tm)s license and access to a vehicle capable of driving on primitive roads
