Alumni

  • Karolina Fučíková (PhD, 2011) is an Assistant Professor of biology at Assumption University, a primarily-undergraduate, liberal arts institution in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she teaches courses ranging from Ecology to Evolution to Plant Biology to Bioinformatics. She continues to research algal systematics and biodiversity, focusing on green algae from desert soils and New England wetlands.
